Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide an election procedure that accommodates all eligible citizens of Carroll County, which ensures that the voice of the people will be heard and that every vote - no matter whether the person votes an absentee ballot at early voting or on election day - is counted. We will continue to work as partners with the State Board of Elections and Federal, State and County governments to ensure that all election laws and regulations are followed in a non-partisan manner.
Our goal is to continue to provide the citizens with an open election process and to faithfully administer elections equally for all citizens.
