Mail-In Voting Deadlines

The deadline to ask for a mail-in ballot for the 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election depends on how you want to get your ballot.

If you want to get your ballot through the mail or by fax, your application must be received (not just mailed) by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, via mail request OR by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, via email/fax request.
If you want to get your ballot via the internet, your application must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026, via mail request OR by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026, via email/fax request.
If you hand deliver your application and the ballots are ready, you can pick up your ballot at the Carroll County Board of Elections office by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
All Mail-in Ballot Drop Boxes and Polling Locations close at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
