Members of the public may address the Board, pursuant to the procedures outlined in §3.2B of the Board’s bylaws, which require public participation at a meeting to be pre-scheduled and pre-approved by the President. To request approval to speak at a board meeting, contact Katherine Berry at 410-386-2958 or by email
no later than 5 pm the day before the meeting. All public comment is subject to the discretion of the Board and is limited to three (3) minutes.
The Board of Canvassers may convene after the Board Meeting to reject mail-in ballots received after the certification of the 2022 Gubernatorial Primary and General Elections.
