Mail-in Ballot drop boxes will be available 24/7 beginning April 8, 2024 and will be locked at 8:00 pm on May 14, 2024. The ballot drop boxes are under 24/7 surveillance and are very secure. No one has access to the drop off boxes except for trusted election officials.

You can drop your ballot off at one of the drop box locations in Carroll County. Ballots are picked up from the boxes every day by election officials. The drop off boxes are not the property of the United States Postal Service.
